The boys chat to Running Royalty, the King and Queen of the Long Run, Parkrun, Anyrun - Dawn and John Broom, from Youtube channel The Two Running Brooms. Dawn and John take us through their running experience, as well as treating MARM to a game of Mr and Mrs.

Goldy on the Guitar guest Steven, talks about playing for the Blues as a Villa fan playing the hardest game yet of Goldy. MARM and Andy book their next event, live on air and they finally cover the The Big Question: "What has Running Given You?"
